Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and develop the business support and HR teams to ensure operational excellence and responsiveness. Provide mentorship, foster an environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork.
- Compliance: Monitor adherence to internal policies and external regulations, ensuring all business operations align with legal and ethical standards.
- Customer Service Improvement: Continuously assess and identify opportunities for enhancing customer service quality, implementing strategies that boost customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Process Management: Oversee and refine business processes, ensuring efficient operation and accurate reporting systems.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- System Development: Develop and implement robust systems and processes that support efficient governance and operational agility.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the organization and develop strategic plans to mitigate these risks, ensuring long-term stability and compliance.
- Equality Initiatives: Lead the organization’s equality strategy and action plan, promoting an inclusive workplace culture.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts within the team, facilitating discussions and negotiations to maintain harmony and cooperation.
- Communication: Maintain close communication with all business functions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of business support activities with overall organizational goals.
- HR Team Mentoring: Actively mentor the HR team, guiding them in implementing best practices in human resources management and employee relations.
- Liaison Role: Work in liaison with the Registered Manager, ensuring cohesive management practices and compliance across departments. Report directly to the Managing Director, providing strategic insights and updates on operational progress.
